Steve brings 20 years of insurance experience, having worked on the carrier side with Allied/Nationwide, Travelers, and Berkshire Hathaway GUARD in underwriting, sales, risk management, and business development. He is licensed in both personal and commercial lines and enjoys the complexity of commercial insurance. His underwriting and risk management background helps the business owners he works with by finding gaps in their coverage while still saving them money on premium, and by looking for ways to reduce the risks that cause claims. Business owners want all three analyzed when they evaluate coverage, and that is exactly how Steve approaches it.

Steve has lived in the Des Moines metro for most of his life. Outside the office he enjoys time with his wife, Stephanie, and their seven kids. Family is very important to Steve and Stephanie, and the Webb house stays active with family game nights, movies, and cooking together. They enjoy traveling, biking, the occasional round of golf, and a few craft brews around town. With active kids and two dogs, there is never a dull moment. As Steve puts it, he did not lose his hair for nothing.
